How can we use materials to explore our ideas? Fine Arts + Engineering + Architecture
During this workshop we tap into the world of sculpture and architecture. This is a hands-on sculpture workshop where children play with diverse materials to build and create.
Together we will analyze and dive into each material’s universe in order to understand and play with how it works and behaves. This workshop will strongly focus on inspiring children to view constraints as an integral part of creation. We will use diverse materials such as plaster, iron, wood, legos, play-doh, acrylic and numerous others. Children will leave this workshop with an exploratory mind and with a positive attitude towards limits, learning how to use them to enhance their creations rather than cripple their ideas.
